Ordering and Payment Information

• Our products are manufactured in 1/16" increments with a tolerance of +/- 1/32"
• Lip price is included on doors and fronts. A discount will be given on doors and fronts with no lip (square saw cut). Square cut doors will be 1/16 oversized.
• All doors and fronts will be made with prime material unless otherwise noted.
• If Custom Doorcraft makes a mistake on your order, or if freight damage has occurred, we will replace your products free of charge and as a rush order.
• Minimum raised panel door width is 7 1/4". Stiles can be cut back to 1 3/4" wide for a minimum door width of 6 1/4".
• Sample doors are available upon request at a 20% Discount.
• A 1 square foot minimum charge on doors and drawer fronts will be applied.
• Doors over 48" will automatically be double panel unless ordered as single panel.
• Fax or mail orders are preferred to help eliminate mistakes.
• Telephone orders are also accepted but not preferred because of the possibility of error.
• All products must be ordered by correct size, not by opening size.
• You should receive a confirmation by phone or fax within 1 - 2 business days.
• When a project needs specific pricing, please request a quote.
• Mitered doors and some specialty items may take extra time.

How to Place an Order

• Select the appropriate PDF above for your order.
• Fill out the Order Form on your computer (or print out to complete by hand).
• After filling out the Order Form, save the PDF to your computer and email it to [email protected].
• If completing the Order Form by hand, please fax to (717) 768-7697, or mail to 2902 Miller Lane Bird-In-Hand PA 17505.

Shipping Information

• Standard items, Mitered doors and most specialty items ship in approximately 10 - 15 business days.
• Free local delivery (20 mile radius around Custom Doorcraft) with any minimum order of $200.
• Non local orders will be shipped via UPS or Motor Freight, or the customer may arrange pickup.
• Shipping costs will be the customers responsibility.
